Richard Plummer partnered with Jeremy and Curtis for years before he joined the Orion team as the Executive Vice President of Operations.  Their relationship and common entrepreneurial spirit led Richard to relocate from Dallas, Texas, to the Orion’s corporate office in Southern California, to provide hands-on leadership in the development and management of the Operations team.

As EVP of Operations, Richard and his team fulfill our commitment to process, underwrite and fund loans with a service-first mindset, allowing the Orion Sales Team to continue to shine in the field.  Richard’s team is comprised of industry experts throughout the U.S. to ensure Operations, Underwriting, Post-Closing, and Business Support are managed by top-notch leaders. Richard inspires the team to fulfill the Orion core pledge by creating innovative solutions in service and process, further strengthening the Orion reputation in the industry.  His passion for the industry and Broker Partners drives him and his teams to continue to provide an out-of-this-world broker and team member service experience every day.

In his free time, Richard fills his time with beach volleyball, yoga, and world travel, while balancing enjoyment of the simple things in life with his family, such as a caramel lattes.
