I partnered with Jeremy and Curtis for years before joining the Orion team as the Executive Vice President of Operations. Our relationship and common entrepreneurial spirit led me to relocate from Dallas, Texas, to the Orion corporate office in Southern California to provide hands-on leadership in the development and management of the Operations team. As EVP of Operations, my team and I fulfill our commitment to process, underwrite, and fund loans with a service-first mindset, allowing the Orion Sales Team to continue to shine in the field. The team is comprised of industry experts throughout the U.S. to ensure Operations, Underwriting, Post-Closing, and Business Support are managed by top-notch leaders. I inspire the team to fulfill the Orion core pledge by creating innovative solutions in service and process, further strengthening the Orion reputation in the industry. My passion for the industry and Broker Partners drives me and my team to continue to provide an out-of-this-world broker and team member service experience every day. In my free time, I enjoy beach volleyball, yoga, and world traveling, while balancing enjoyment of the simple things in life with my family, such as caramel lattes.
